Sunset Hills is unique to the Dallas area when it comes to the high number of lakes and parks in the neighborhood. Although this area is still far from rural, it is a very nice suburb with plenty of great places to walk your pup in that are fun, relaxing, and friendly for all ages. This is very important for not only the artificiality of the area, but for the topography as well.

Bodies of water notoriously come with a more hilly terrain due to the nature of corrosion and this area is no exception. The large number of lakes here have added a nice balance to the topography, allowing residents to have their pick from the straight forward paths of suburban neighborhoods to the more hilly terrain within the local parks. Overall, this area is a great place for a family who values staying active, but enjoys the ease and comfort of living in the suburbs.
