The campground itself has 69 RV sites and regular camping as well. These sites are equipt with electrical hookups, flushing toilets, heated showers for rinsing off from the day's activities, a boat ramp for people wishing to use the lake, a full-service marina for your boat, and a fun playground to keep the kids busy. Fresh drinking water, a dump station, and trails especially for horseback riding are in the location as well.
The peak season to visit this campground is May to September, since the lake is a major draw for many campers. However, the site is open all year long so you can come and enjoy this location all throughout the year. Dogs are allowed to come with you as well, so pack up some dog food, water bowls, toys, and their leash and enjoy your weekend away with Fido! Make sure you keep them on a leash while they are outside your tent or RV so they stay safe. Always make sure they have water to drink and bring water with you when you go out on a hike you can share.
Overall, this campground is the perfect spot for both nature, forest, mountain, and water fun. With an abundance to do and so much to see, you will have an awesome camping adventure with your pup.
