Downtown Dog Park

Downtown Dog Park is located in the marvelous region of Long Beach, California. Whether you are looking for a beautiful spot to relax with your best pal or a place to run around, this park is the perfect place for you. This dog park is fairly new, opening this past year in September. Since then, visitors of the Long Beach area have adopted this park as a new favorite spot for all of their favorite furry friends. 

When you come to this dog park, you will find many different amenities for enjoyment. You will find a large area for exploration that is split into two distinct areas. One is meant for smaller dogs while the other is perfect for large dogs. You will also find complimentary dog bags, benches, and the entire area is fenced-in, so your favorite pup can get crazy with their new friends. 

All owners and their pups must follow the rules and regulations that are implemented by the city of Long Beach. All pups must first be tagged, licensed, and vaccinated before they can come to this dog park, and all pups under four months old and female pups in heat must remain at home. All pups must be on-leash before they enter and exit this dog park and all owners must watch over their dogs at all times. 

Owners can use the free doggie bags to clean up after their pups, and all owners are to watch over their pups while they are visiting this park. It is suggested that your dog is well-mannered before you come to this park as aggressive behavior is not tolerated at this dog park.
