Fletcher Park finds its home in Fletcher, North Carolina. This much-loved recreational center earns high marks from Fido and his family alike. This lovely park is well-renowned for its picturesque views of the nearby mountains as well as for its well-maintained grounds.
Fletcher Park is a dog-friendly facility. Furbabies are welcome to join their families on the premises; however, they must remain leashed. At this time, there is not a designated area reserved for dog play, and it is unknown if water is provided. Also not known is if there are bathrooms housed on the grounds for public use.
With this in mind, owners should come prepared with all of the necessary items for a great day at the park including drinking water, a dog dish, and poop bags. Complimentary poop bags are available via on-site dispensers, but it is always an excellent idea to have a few extras in case the park is in short supply.
It is expected that all owners will clean up after their pets. The property houses a playground for children to use as well as a disc golf course and several different courts suitable for basketball, volleyball, and even baseball diamonds. Cane Creek traverses the land and is a haven for both fishing and swimming. Fido is welcome to join his family for a dip in the refreshing waters but should continue to remain on a lead here.
Fletcher Park has not published any specific regulations visitors to their lovely park must observe. However, it is always wise for all dogs to be current on vaccinations and in possession of a city dog license. Are you looking for a great new park to explore? Why not stop by Fletcher Park?
