Though there is not a designated dog play area, so long as Fido remains on his lead, he may accompany you in all areas of this pawsome park, with the notable exceptions of the fieldhouse, which offers a gym, pool, fitness center, and multi-purpose room. With lots of large grass areas to romp around on, you can enjoy a furrific picnic or even a game of fetch sure to burn off any pent up energy. There are also several outdoor playing fields, including ball diamonds, tennis courts, and basketball courts where you can work off any calories consumed from your tasty picnic lunch. You will need to pack a bag of essentials for your day at the park, and you won't want to forget drinking water, cleanup sacks, and some treats for your main canine squeeze to enjoy too!
Just to be sure to keep the Chicago pawlice happy, stop by your favorite doggo dog-tor to be certain your pooch is current on shots. You'll want to pick up a city dog license as well.
If adventure is on your mind, plan to stop by Hayes Park. It's pawsitively woofderful!
