Description
This large dog park is located on a 143-acre historic farm and recreational facility provided by the Guilford township. Norlo Park contains two different fenced sections for canines to go off-leash. The smaller of the two of these sections is limited to small dogs only while the larger fenced section is for dogs of all sizes.

Inside the fenced area, everything is covered in grass and well maintained. "Fire hydrant restrooms" are placed throughout the dog sections for your canine to use. Bags are available for your canine as well as disposal stations. A list of park rules is posted at the gate and they are enforced by the local police department. Your canine must also be up to date on all vaccinations.

The larger area of Norlo park is also immaculately maintained with a ton of recreational activities available. There are several sports fields for baseball and soccer. Picnic areas and pavilions are available. The pavilions are equipped with grills available for your use. Your canine is permitted in all these areas but must remain on a leash at all times. That goes the same for the three miles of walking trails available at the park.

Canines are not allowed on the softball fields, volley courts, tennis courts, or basketball courts, even if they are on a leash. The park also has some interesting attractions such as a train and a large historic farmhouse. The farmhouse is available for use and can be rented for parties gatherings and weddings. There is also a community center available for a wide variety of uses to the community. Canines are not allowed inside either of these buildings.

The park has a large number of activities they provide and a schedule can be found on the park's website. The website will also give you access to some information regarding the historic grounds, trains, and rental information.
