This 13 acre park has many great treats to enjoy. The walking path that winds through this park would be a great addition to your morning walk with Fido. You can even take a stroll through the blooming flowers in Emerald Garden, located in the northeast corner of the park. The greenery and decor have made this park a magical place to experience with your doggo. You’ll even catch some great views of the Chicago city skyline!
This family friendly park also features a playground called Dorothy’s Playlot, and a variety of athletic fields and courts. Your pooch is allowed on the sports fields while there are no games in progress, and there are other open grassy areas to romp around as well. Oz Park hosts many free events throughout the year, including outdoor movie nights. Don’t forget the popcorn and some treats for your good boy or girl! Oz Park is the place to be for some entertainment, to make furry friends, or to enjoy solitude in nature. Dogs are welcome to join in on the fun in this park, as long as they stay leashed and picked up after at all times.
