It is believed that dogs are welcomed on the grounds; however, dogs should remain on a lead at all times. Bathrooms are available for public use on the premises, and here, owners can obtain drinking water to help quench their dogs' thirst when needed. Complimentary poop bags are not supplied.
Owners should bring bags with them from home as all pet waste removal services are their responsibility. SERA Playground and Sprayground is a public facility. Though a fee is required to enter the Metro Parks Sports Complex which is housed on the property, access to the public recreational area is free of charge.
Situated on the over 75 acres of land are the following amenities: the Metro Parks Sports Complex, the STAR Center, the Gray Middle School, the Boys and Girls Club's Topping Hope Center, playgrounds, picnic areas, and the splash pad. Other recreational opportunities include soccer and baseball.
There's a concession stand on the premises which offers snacks and beverages for sale. This park is home to a weekly Farmers Market which draws many people and their pooches on a weekly basis.
