On Thanksgiving as well as Christmas Day, the park is closed to visitors. There are also restrooms located nearby, at approximately 100 feet, as well as plenty of parking space available.

The fees required to enter the park run from $6 on the weekdays to $8 on the weekends and holidays, as well as a membership, annual fee which consists of $150. Visitors can take advantage of BBQ areas, a 4.1-mile bike trail, paddling and some of the most spectacular coastal shore views.
