This out and back trail rises 623 feet in elevation, giving you some wooftastic views of the surrounding area and mountains. Your adventure begins at the trailhead located at 32nd Street and Lincoln Road. It is quite easy to find just ten minutes from the Sanctuary Camel Resort. The trail is exceptionally well-marked and is the pawrfect spot to enjoy doing some bird watching or simply drinking in all of the pawtastic scenery. Benches are scattered throughout the trail to provide a spot for you and your pooch to take a load off and enjoy a snack and a cool drink. Be sure to tote along a bag which includes drinking water, a packed lunch or some treats, and cleanup bags too.
You will also have the privilege of enjoying some desert flora and fauna along your hike. Bring your camera to capture snapshots of some of the flowering cactuses you will spot along the route.
