About the caregiver

Hi, my name is Kate Mayer. I recently retired from the engineering world and returned to my main love: working with animals. I have a degree in Animal Science from UC Davis and have a veterinary work experience background. I appreciate all breeds of dogs. I love walking and caring for them, and have yet to meet a dog that didn't end up loving me too.
