About the caregiver

My name is Lisa and I'm a dog owner and lover! I have volunteered for a local dog rescue for the last 6 years including fostering over 150 dogs. I have 3 of my own fur babies. Roxy is a 7 year old German Shepherd I've had since she was a pup. I adopted Peetie my AMSTAFF bully boy as well as my blind Shih tzu Wink. I used to foster up to 6 dogs at a time. Now that I have 3 dogs, I usually foster 1-2 dogs at a time. I have a lot of experience with all sorts of breeds, ages and temperaments. I'm great with special needs dogs. I have experience training and handling dogs from all sorts of backgrounds and challenges. I've rehabilitated many dogs that have not been treated well and taught them to trust and enjoy life again! I joined Wag to do something I love the most; spending time with dogs! Your dog and I will have a great time on our walk.
