Description
Trimmer Campground is located in the Pine Flat Lake region of central California. Pine Flat Lake is a massive lake twenty miles long and boasts sixty-five miles of beautiful shoreline. The campground is quite small with only ten, single campsites, so you will never feel like there are too many people around you, but it may make getting a spot in your preferred location a tad more difficult.
In the area around the campground, you will find oak and pine forests, foothills, the Nevada Mountains, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. You are surrounded by lots of natural wonder and many different types of landscapes that make it a fun and unique spot to experience many kinds of nature and scenic locations. Favorite activities for the area include wildlife viewing, boating, riding jet skis, water skiing, and fishing on the nearby bodies of water. A full-service marina is located here as well. Other popular activities include walking, hiking, sightseeing, relaxing, enjoying nature, and going whitewater rafting on Kings River.

At the actual campground, you will have access to a boat dock, boat ramp, flushing toilets, showers, picnic tables, fire rings, and grills. Dogs are allowed on the campground, but they must wear their leash at all times and can never be left unattended. Dogs must sleep in your tent or car at night. You must clean up after your dog and throw poop bags away correctly to keep the sites clean and sanitary for everyone at the campground. Campfires are permitted as well, but they can only be built within the fire rings, and if the weather is too hot, dry, or windy, you may be asked not to make a fire.

Overall, Trimmer Campground provides campers with scenic views, fantastic outdoor activities, and all of the amenities that are essential for a comfortable camping trip - we think you and your dog cannot go wrong here!

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
