Introduction

There are many dog breeds that live in the Philippines, and they all have one thing in common: they are loving and wonderful house pets! Common dogs that call the Philippines their home are the Beagle, Pug, Poodle, Golden Retriever, Shih Tsu, Chihuahua, Dalmatian, Labrador Retriever, Doberman, and the German Shepherd. Sounds a lot like dogs found in the US, right? If you own or are thinking about acquiring one of these dog breeds, there are activities you can do with them to make them content, either indoors or out. All of these dogs are great with families and make excellent companions. Of course, some are large, like the Doberman and the Retrievers, and do require plenty of space, but the others are smaller breeds and are adaptable to any area.

If you live in the Philippines or are visiting with your dog, there is a dog-friendly mall that offers not only shopping and eating for you, but entertainment for your pup as well. There are specific rules you need to follow before bringing your dog, such as the presentation of vaccination records (in order to keep everyone safe), and your dog must always be with you on a leash or in a stroller (yes, a stroller!). The stores in the mall that allow dogs have a large sticker on the storefront. Shopping with your dog has not been any better! You can have a great day with your dog in the city of Manila, and you don't have to worry about potty breaks or other dog amenities as they are included in the pet pass.

Step
1
Strolling
If you have a small dog, you may wish to put your baby in a stroller, like many others do! If not, you can have your dog on a leash or in a carrier. You can stroll around the mall and go into the pet-friendly stores and shop with your baby right beside you.
Step
2
Socialization opportunities
There are many dog-friendly places in this enormous mall for your dog to meet other dogs. In turn, you can meet people as well. If you have just move to Manila, or have lived there for a while and just welcomed a dog into your family, other dog lovers just like you will frequent this mall. Your dog can get some socialization practice and you can meet others that share the same love for their canine.
Step
3
Pet shopping
Of course, an outing with your dog must include a little shopping for your companion! There are several pet shops in the vicinity that have many items for dogs, such as accessories, food, and toys. There are many different price ranges as well, so you don't have to break your budget to give your dog a treat!
