Wag! To Open New Customer Care Center in Phoenix

Los Angeles, CA — October 15, 2018 –  Wag!, the inventor of on-demand dog walking, is opening a customer care center in Phoenix in October that will bring 100 “pawesome” jobs for dog lovers to the Valley of the Sun by the end of the year.

Located near I-10 and Chandler Boulevard at 4811 East Thistle Landing, the center is an addition to Wag!’s 24/7 customer-care operations with teams in Los Angeles, where the company is headquartered, and through a third party in the Philippines.

Wag! plans to employ a variety of customer-care roles in Phoenix, including agents and managers, who will support pet parents and the walkers and sitters who work on the Wag! platform.
