You are also a ten-minute drive from the beachside where there are nightclubs, restaurants, and 23 miles of coast for you and Spot to take your walks on.
If you like the nightlife, imagine being able to dance on a beachfront deck under the stars with summer lows in the 70s, allowing you to dance the night away. As a bonus, the winters here average in the 50s and 60s, making it possible to hit the trail or the sand almost every day of the year.
What is the terrain like in Landmark Condo?
Beyond the lawns around the condo building, the bulk of the terrain here is flat and urban in nature. Thankfully, most of the blocks have sidewalks and there is plenty of grass on the other side of Beach Street if you take the path leading to the Halifax Harbor Marina. The path allows you to walk on paved surfaces, but at the same time, it allows your pooch to walk on the grass, which will be much easier on their paws.
The sun in this area of Florida can be brutal around the warmer months. Exercise caution as you venture out onto roads or sidewalks to ensure that your pooch doesn't harm their paw pads. Alternatively, keep to the grassy berms on the sides of the road or venture to a nearby park to allow for lots of playtime on cooler surfaces like dirt and grass.

Then there is the beach which is only a ten-minute drive over the Silver Beach Avenue Bridge. With soft sand that can give you both an intense workout and wet, hard-packed sand and surf to play in, you can't beat coming out here early in the morning before the beach fills up with cars and tourists.
