Located on the northern boundaries of the LPGA Golf Course, Lionspaw is a part of the planned communities built here as part of the overall neighborhood. The homes here are modest single-family homes built into small communities where you have plenty of room to take walks together.
While living here does put you close to the Daytona Auto Mall, it does leave you a little way out from places to eat, pet supply stores, and shopping. But this is a small price to pay for the peace that comes with living next to the golf course.
