Bayside Historic District, or simply Bayside, is an older community with homes dating back to the 1900s and modern condominium buildings along the waterfront. The two condominiums here are the Palm Bay Yacht and the Clipper on the Bay. Biscayne Blvd has pet supply shops within walking distance along with several great places to eat.
