If you choose to reside on the banks of the Little River and Biscayne Bay, these areas have docks allowing you to be in your boat in minutes and out having fun. However, to find parks and shops, you will need to leave the community and go for a short drive. Those who live here find the climate spectacular with mild winters that offer rain and low temperatures in the 60s during the day. If this isn't good enough, the summers are incredible with temperatures in the high 80s and the occasional rainstorm.
What is the terrain like in Belle Meade?
The terrain in Belle Meade is mostly flat with tree-lined streets and plenty of sidewalks for you and Fido to enjoy.
