Ardsley Park-Chatham Crescent Historic District, sometimes referred to only as Chatham Crescent, is located in the beautiful, historic Savannah, Georgia. This neighborhood is considered historic as it has almost 1,000 buildings or features of historical significance or that are deemed to add cultural value to the city. Largely a residential community, Chatham Crescent is composed of two distinct subdivisions with many large, two-story homes with beautiful porches and expansive yards. This neighborhood is also known for being one of the first in the city specifically designed to accommodate automobiles on the streets.
Savannah, Georgia is a popular tourist destination, the oldest city in the state, and is known for being the epitome of Southern charm. With distinct and luxurious architecture, Savannah is home to several history and art museums, one of the oldest historic societies in the country, a few colleges and universities, thriving performing arts venues, and delicious Southern restaurants.

The borders of Ardsley Park-Chatham Crescent Historic District include East Victory Drive to the northeast, Waters Avenue to the southeast, East 55th Street to the southwest, and Habersham Street to the northwest. East Victory Street is a rather busy roadway through Savannah, so it may have more traffic than the other, more residential streets.
However, immediately adjacent to this neighborhood, you will find Daffin Park. Here, you will find many sports facilities, a swimming pool, a small lake, and a small dog park for Fido to socialize with other local pups!
