Henderson Beach State Park

Henderson Beach State Park is a pristine beach in Destin, Florida, bordering the beautiful green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is ideal for those looking to take a dip in the ocean, as it doesn't get much better than the warm, crystal-clear water of the Gulf. Visitors can spend an afternoon at the beach, or stay overnight at one of the park's 60 campsites, located in the secondary dune system. The beach is wheelchair accessible and hosts several annual events, including Coastal Cleanups, Fishing Clinics, and Star Gazing.
