Manor Haven Beach

If the hot summer breeze leaves you longing for the beach, you just might want to make the trip to Manor Beach! A pawsitively stunning coastal area on the shores of Long Island Sound, this sand beach is a haven for people and their pooches looking for a day of fun. Whether Fido wants to dig in Manor Beach's white sands, or dip his paws in the cool waters of the Sound, Manor Beach is the place to be! A dog-friendly beach, Fido is warmly welcomed to join you on the grounds. Do remember to keep your #1 puppy pal on a leash as New York state has strict leash laws.

Big on charm, but not so big on size, Manor Beach is open only to residents of Manor, the Village of Larchmont, those who dwell in zipcode 10538, or their guests. There is a yearly membership fee to access the beach. The membership cost for an individual is $145 per year or $280 per year for a family. Guests must be accompanied by a member, and the fee for their day at the beach is $11. All monies collected support necessary beach improvements and maintenance. 

From the coast of Long Island Sound, Fido and his family can take in the pawrific views of Manasset Bay. Looking to get in a little outdoor activity during your visit? Why not check out the on-site athletic opportunities such as basketball, tennis, handball, or horseshoes? If you're looking for something to do that allows your favorite canine pal to tag along, consider bringing them to play ball on one of the grass areas. Manor Beach is also a great spot for a picnic. Pack a lunch to bring from home and don't forget to bring some Scooby Snacks for Fido to enjoy too! Bathrooms with showers are housed on the premises.  You can nip in there to grab some drinking water to help keep Fido's thirst at bay. Please remember to pack some clean up bags in your "beach day fun" kit as you will need them to pick up after your best canine pal. 

Also housed nearby is Manorhaven Dog Park. Here you will find fenced runs which offer areas for both small and large dogs, and clean up bags are supplied on the grounds.
