Just remember that this beach has seasonal hours, so you'll want to be sure you check if the beach is open to the pawblic before you head out for a day of fun in the sun.
There are no on-site amenities at Mud Creek County Park Beach. With this in mind, don't forget to pack a bag filled with all of the woofderful things you might need at the beach, including bottled water, Scooby Snacks, and cleanup bags. Since there are no trash cans at this lovely coastal retreat, you will need to be prepared to take your used cleanup bags with you for disposal at home. To keep Fido's paws safe from injury, you'll want to watch where you step because the waves sometimes wash in glass that could cut your fave pooch's sensitive paw pads.
Do note that this beach observes seasonal hours. The beach is open from dawn to dusk from September through March, and occasionally from July 1st through September 1st if there are no nests present on the property. The beach is closed from March 2nd through June 30th for the bird nesting season.
