During the off-season, starting October 15th, Singing Beach welcomes doggos with both paws! At this point, a limited number parking spaces in the Singing Beach Parking Lot open up for non-residents to use as well. More non-resident parking can be found at Masconomo Park, about a half-mile from the beach. While it's normally paid parking, or a $7 walk-on entrance fee, this beach is free during the off-season! The bathhouse is closed after labor day, but one porta potty in the parking lot stays open all year round.
Although the amenities become more limited during the off-season, this beach truly turns into a puppy paradise. Your pal is bound to make some furry friends. After romping around in the sand, rough housing with the other doggos, and playing some fetch, your pup can take a splash in the salty ocean. You can kick back and watch the entertainment, with views of the white sand beach bordered by rocky headlands on either side.
Pet parents should keep in mind a couple of ground rules while bringing their furbaby to Singing Beach. Be sure to keep your canine companion under verbal control and within sight while they're off-leash. Puppers need to be picked up after, so don't forget the waste bags and be prepared to stoop and scoop. Each person is limited to a maximum of two dogs. By abiding by these rules, Singing beach can stay safe and clean for everyone.
Singing Beach is the pawfect place to enjoy the ocean and some quality time with your four-legged friend!
