Belden Hill Campground

Imagine an oil painting with sweeping countryside views, picturesque ponds, and majestic trees. This is the setting for Belden Hill Campground, a beautiful space where life is leisurely and stresses fade away.

RVers can roll off the interstate into this welcoming camp where the hosts are known for their kindly ways. There are full hookups to water, sewer, and electricity (30/50) with reasonably level, gravel sites under the trees or out in the open, plus easy, drive-through access. A picnic table and fire ring add the tradition of barbequing outdoors, while internet users can check emails and chat to faraway friends for a daily rate of $38 to $44. To set up a tent costs between $25 and $33, or you could choose to stay in one of the camp's rustic cabins with bunk beds and a fridge.

The camp is around a mile off the main road, making it a peaceful Shangri-La for road trippers on the move or families reserving a site for the summer. Restrooms, showers, and a laundry are immaculate, with several ponds for catch-and-release fun, while kids get happy in their playground. 

Hayrides are always popular, in addition to the hosts' other planned activities. Horseshoes are available for those who love this camping favorite, or enjoy a round of golf at the Belden Hill Golf Club, right across the road. You can also stop by the office, where snacks are always on offer for hungry campers.

Furry family members get the okay to stay at this campground, with a limit of two pets a site and woofers required to be on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Canine chaperones are also asked to honor the hosts' pristine rating and pick up their pooch's waste. When the word "walk" is heard, pups are out of the RV and ready for their daily trek in a doggy wonderland of wide, open grassy fields.
