Hidden Cove welcomes dogs of all breeds to venture through the 470 acres of forest and parkland. While exploring the campground's hidden outdoor oasis, feel free to picnic and nature watch with your pooch. If you choose to be on the watch for wildlife, you and your four-legged companion may be fortunate enough to spot a jackrabbit, red or grey fox, mink, and even otters swimming in the lake. While at the campground, you’re asked to keep your pooch on a leash and tidy up after them. The only time they’re permitted off-leash is while enjoying the wonders of the lake as they swim or partake in water activities with you!

Campsite rates begin at $25, and sites can accommodate tents, RVs, and other, smaller camping vehicles. When tent camping, you have the option of being right on the water or in a forested area. RV and vehicle sites either come with water and electricity or all hookup services. They are also located in either the forested area or on the lake. There’s also a plethora of options when it comes to rentals, including cabins, bunkhouses, and shelters, but dogs are not permitted in rentals.

While on the lake, you can enjoy a multitude of activities, including swimming, boating, and fishing. Please note fishing permits are required for the lake, but not for camping. Rentals are available for jet skis, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards if you and your pooch don't have your own equipment. You can also visit the full-service marina, where you'll find a dock and shop. If you prefer to stay inland, you can explore the campground's hiking trails that wind through the forested landscape. Both trails for novice and experienced hikers are marked and vary in length, but regardless of the trail you take, you’re bound to catch a glimpse of the diverse flora and fauna within the campground.
