The Katy Lake RV Resort is just minutes from Houston, and it has activities for campers of all ages to enjoy. Located in Katy, Texas this family-friendly resort can accommodate RVs up to 85 feet, and you can choose from lake view back-in sites and premium pull-through sites. RV sites are spacious and have grassy areas separating them, although guests note there aren't many trees throughout the campground, so you won't get much shade or privacy.

Your dog can come along and enjoy the Katy Lake RV Resort with you too, and there's even a spacious off-leash dog park on-site! The resort also offers a dog wash station with heated water, and there are plenty of great on-leash walking areas around the resort. The resort asks that your pet is restrained whenever they're not in the dog park and that you don't bring dogs prone to excessive barking. There are some breed restrictions in place, so be sure to contact the resort ahead of time to inquire about bringing your pet.

RV sites come with sewer, water, wifi, and cable, and electricity costs are included in daily and weekly sites. You can rent a spot for as low as $49 per day, but if you're staying a week or more, be sure to ask about discounted prices. Each morning, guests can help themselves to freshly brewed coffee, and the resort also has grills, fire pits, and picnic tables around the grounds. You'll have access to shower and restroom facilities during your stay, as well as spacious laundry and computer rooms.

The resort is situated on 18 acres of land, including a six-acre lake with a lighted fishing pier. Only catch-and-release fishing is allowed, though. There are also two indoor TV areas, one outdoor TV area, an exercise room, and a pool with a hot tub.
