Majestic Oak RV Resort

A campground with an old-world ambiance and modern amenities is always a joyful stay and Majestic Oak Resort will not disappoint. The RV sites are spacious, level, and concrete with easy hook-ups to electricity (30/50 amp) sewer, and water. Wifi and cable TV are available on all sites, plus easy, pull-through and back-in choices.

RV sites feature an expanse of lush, green grass and oak trees hundreds of years in the making. The internal roads are paved with some traffic noise reported from the nearby highway. All sites feature a fire ring and picnic table with a weekday rate of $45 moving up to $55 for weekends and holidays. You can also pitch a tent and sleep out under the stars.

The resort has comfortable, furnished cabins with a modern, workable kitchen, bathroom, and separate bedroom. Linens are provided with a fridge and more creature comforts include access to the internet and catching up with programs on cable TV.

Restrooms, showers, and a laundry are sparkling clean. A saltwater pool is pawfect for cooling off in the summer heat, while a pond allows anglers to practice their skills. A clubhouse is available for campers with gym equipment, and the hosts put a ton of effort into making Majestic Oak a fun resort with creative activities, like a Halloween party and annual yard sale.

Their busiest times are holidays and the summer months as they are located six miles from the seaside city of Rockport, where the beach is popular for its warm Gulf waters and crystal white sand. A range of piers offer places to fish and bird watch as nature lovers are drawn to this shore to see the vast array of birds.

Dogs are not allowed on Rockport Beach but are invited to stay on a leash at Majestic Oak Resort. Owners are also requested to bring litter bags and pick up their waste. A fully fenced dog park is being constructed and will allow furry friends to play-off leash. This is great news for snow birders and guests who travel with their dogs and choose RV parks that have a pet-friendly attitude.
