If you love wine, live music, or just relaxing with your canine pal by your side, Peach Country RV Park is sure to get your tail wagging. Located roughly halfway between Fredricksburg and Johnson City, this pet-friendly park is quiet, well-maintained, and located within a short drive of plenty of local attractions.

Top of the list of requirements for any RVer traveling with their dog is somewhere for their four-legged family member to get some exercise. The good news is that Peach Country RV Park has a fenced dog area where your dog can run off some energy and socialize with other pooches. Elsewhere within the park, make sure you keep your dog leashed. And wherever you go, be a responsible owner and clean up after your canine pal.

There are 52 RV sites in total in Peach Country RV Park, with back-in and pull-through sites available for long rigs. Roads within the park are wide and easy to navigate, and all sites offer full hookups with 30/50-amp electricity. Restrooms and showers get good reviews from visitors for their cleanliness, but there's only a limited number available. Laundry facilities are provided, there's free WiFi at all sites, and a clubhouse with a roomy porch is the perfect place to relax and meet some fellow travelers. Unfortunately, there's no pool if you need to cool off in summer.

Daily rates are $43 for a back-in site and $48 for a pull-through site. There's also a cabin available but it does not permit pets.

Once you've parked your rig and you're ready to go exploring, there's no shortage of things to see and do in the local area. Lyndon B. Johnson State Park & Historic Site is just up the road, while there are a host of local wineries within a 10-minute drive. Nearby Luckenbach and Fredricksburg are also known for their live music scenes, so there's plenty to see and enjoy.
