Sandpiper RV Resort

Sandpiper is an RV resort in Galveston, Texas that was recently updated to give its guests the best experience possible! This cozy, beautifully landscaped resort sits right on Stewart Beach, and it has 43 sites with paved parking spots. This resort is proudly pet-friendly, and they even have designated dog walking areas on the grounds. Fido must be on their leash in all areas of the facility, and it's your responsibility to clean up after them during your stay.

You'll have your choice of beachfront and big rig sites, and your space will come with 30 and 50-amp electric, as well as sewer and water hookups. Free WiFi is available throughout the resort to keep you connected. There are sparkling clean showers, restrooms, and laundry facilities for guests, too. The remodeled clubhouse has a lounge with big screen TVs, a deluxe kitchen, and meeting rooms where you can spend time if you're not at your site. Sandpiper also has one of the most beautiful pools you'll ever see at a resort -- their infinity pool overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, and it also has a wading pool and a covered lounge area.

When you're not busy exploring the on-site amenities at Sandpiper, you can make a short drive to one of several nearby attractions. The Galveston Yacht District is just minutes away, as is the Historic Downtown Strand District. On Galveston Island, there's a place called Moody Gardens that you won't want to miss! This amusement park has an aquarium, and the Schlitterbahn Waterpark is also close by. If you'd like to go hiking or bird watching with your dog during your stay, Galveston Island State Park is the place for you!

Daily rates begin at $50 per night, but they vary depending on the time of year. On holidays and special events, this pawsome resort requires a three-night minimum stay, and a two-night minimum stay is expected on Friday and Saturdays.
