Description

When the school bell rings for summer vacation, the RV is packed as families head for Spruce Row Campground & RV Park where the summer fun is about to start!

The idyllic woodland setting beams a magnet to backpackers cruising the famous Finger Lakes region as a perfect base for further adventures. RVs get to park up on the grass with majestic trees for shade and full hook-ups to 30/50 amp electricity, water, and sewer. A picnic table and fire ring are provided with level, pull-through access and wi-fi on all sites. The daily rate for setting up a tent ranges from $32 to $36 and $39 for RVs.

Versatile accommodation lets folks looking for a weekend getaway book into a fully furnished cottage with a kitchen bathroom and two bedrooms. The simple one-room cabins feature bunk beds, a fridge, and electricity. If you want to explore the idea of owning an RV, try spending time in one of their on-site trailers with a working kitchen, bathroom, and cozy home feeling.

All guests are welcome to use the clean restrooms, showers, and laundry, plus try their luck in the pond overflowing with fish you could be having for supper. Kids have a bounce pillow, playground, and huge swimming pool with a shallow end for the tiny tots. The good times continue with mini-golf, horseshoes, and creative activities thought up by the hosts.

Spruce Row Campground exudes a peaceful, carefree ambiance where folks can holiday with their pets. Nicely mannered woofers are welcome on a leash, with pet owners asked to supply doggy bags and clean up their waste. Current vaccination records are to be shown at check-in, and there are some restrictions on some canine breeds. The hosts show a lot of puppy love, offering fun doggie areas for daily exercise.

A 9-minute drive takes you to Ithaca, a city hosting a university, an array of waterfalls, breathtaking botanical gardens, a thriving arts scene, and the Robert H. Treman State Park, where nature lovers are spoiled for choice with miles of trails. Your hiking hound will be in sniffer dog mode taking in the new scents on a secure leash.

Reserve a site at Spruce Row Campground before their next summer spaces fill up.
