Is your pup bouncing off the walls? Then it must be time to go to the dog park! Pack up your pooch and head over to Aldergate Park Dog Park. As the only dog park in the Menifee Valley, this park is a happening hangout for the local canines.
At this park, small dogs and large dogs have separate sections. So no matter what size they are, your furry pal can enjoy the park at their own pace. Both sections have room to run and some lovely trees for your pal to sniff (and mark). Since the park terrain is a combination of grass and wood chips, it can get a bit muddy after a rainstorm. If you don’t want dirty paw prints in your car, bring a towel to give your pal a quick rub down.
Your four legged friend will be in heaven as they scamper around the open field and burn off some of their extra energy. There are usually some spare tennis balls hanging around, so go ahead and play a game of fetch with your pooch. There’s nothing pups love more than darting after a dirty old tennis ball! Or, if they prefer, your pupster can romp and wrestle with their new playmates. When it comes to having fun, the sky is the limit!
Drinking water is available, so bring a bowl for your pup's convenience. Do your part to keep the park free of doggy debris by using the clean-up bags provided. Restrooms for people can be found in the main area of Aldergate Park. Benches are also available for pet parents. All in all, this park is a pawfect place to take your beloved pooch!
