If your pupster is bouncing off the walls, it's time for a trip to the dog park! Doggos living in Rio Linda are lucky to have access to the Armand Nadeau Dog Park. This furrific off-leash area is located inside Westside Park. Pack up your pooch and head over for some doggone fun!
When your pup arrives at the dog park, they can ditch their
leash and run amuck. This one acre park has plenty of room for romping and wrestling.
Since dog parks are great for canine socialization, your pal can practice their
social skills as they mix and mingle with their peers. Bring a ball for a game of fetch, or let
your furry BFF sniff around solo. No matter what they do, they will have a
woofderful time!
The park is fully fenced for safe play, and offers fresh drinking water for the thirsty
doggos. Clean-up bags are usually provided, but it’s always a good idea to
bring one from home. Pet parents can sit back and relax at one of the picnic tables
as their active pups tucker themselves out. This dog park is rarely crowded, so
it’s a great option for dogs that don’t like swarms of people and pets.
Once your canine buddy has had enough play time, clip
their leash on and take a spin around the main area of Westside Park. Besides a
playground and softball field, it has restrooms and open grass space. Your pup
can sniff around the field and check out all the new smells. If they leave
behind any doggy debris, make sure you stoop and scoop.
No bones about it, your pup will love playing at Armand
Nadeau Dog Park!
