Though little is known about this beautiful, less-frequented dog play space, those who do choose to make this dog park their "home" share that it has two fully fenced in enclosures for safe off leash play. One area is designated for use by larger dogs with the other reserved for small dogs. These fenced areas are largely comprised of grass.
Armand Nadeau Dog Park provides fresh, clean water to keep Fido hydrated during his play sessions with his pals. There are also picnic tables in shaded areas for your comfort while Fido works off some his pent-up energies.
The play spaces themselves are not wide, but they do offer a great deal of length, making them a great choice for a rousing game of frisbee with your dog. There is ample room for your dog to run, play, and socialize with other dogs. While this park is quiet, it is rather picturesque, providing a tranquil landscape for an afternoon visit with your favorite furry friend.
It is unknown if there are bathroom facilities at the site or if poop bags are provided for the picking up and proper disposal of canine waste materials. To preserve the park's cleanliness standards, owners are asked to come prepared with their own poop bags and to exercise responsibility in removing and discarding their pet's feces to help keep the park clean.
Though there are no official rules for this free public dog space, it is wise to ensure your dog is up to date on all of his vaccinations and wears proof of his state-required license tag. While dogs are welcome to enjoy off leash play when inside the fenced in play areas, owners are asked to keep their dogs on lead when travelling to and from the runs.
