Auburn Ravine Dog Park

After lying around the house all day, your pooch is pawbably in the mood for some off leash fun. So pack them up and make your way over to Auburn Ravine Dog Park inside the pawrific Auburn Ravine Park. Doggos living in Lincoln are lucky to have such a gem of a dog park right in their own backyard! 

You can find the path to this puptastic park where Green Ravine Drive and Longmeadow Lane meet. This off leash area is the pawfect place for your pooch to let off some steam. Unclip their leash and let them dart and dash around the open field. The turf is mostly grass, which is great for traction and easy on the paws. Your furry friend will have a blast romping and wrestling with their new four legged playmates! Bring a ball for a good old fashioned game of fetch, or just let your pal sniff around and check out all the new smells.

Petite pooches will be happy to know that there is a separate section for small dogs, so no matter what shape or size your pupster may be, they can enjoy the park at their own pace. Several chairs are available for those who want to sit back and relax while watching their pup, just be sure to keep an eye on your doggo. Since shade trees are scattered throughout the park, canine patrons can find relief from the sun. Drinking water is available for dogs, and there are often kiddie pools for pups to splash in, as well as a nearby creek. 

After a pawsome play session in the off leash area, clip your pup’s leash on and explore the main area of Auburn Ravine Park. It has a furrific network of trails that weaves through groves of trees and near a small creek. It’s a great spot to let your pal stroll and cool off from their high energy time in the dog park. Remember to carry clean-up bags to pick up after your pup.
