Amenities include covered picnic tables for communal dining, a cozy club-house to relax with family and friends, fire pits, open fire grills for cooking, restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. You can also access cable TV and internet/WiFi. Area sites to see include the Space Needle, Woodland Park Zoo, Pike Place Market, and the Experience Music Project Museum. The camp offers lots of lush trails for walks and bird watching. The site is dog-friendly, but your dog must be on a leash at all times and be walked in only designated areas. The designated areas are just as lovely and inviting as the rest of the trails and will give your pup a plethora of sites and sounds to delight his canine senses. There is a 'they poop, you scoop' rule and dogs are also expected to remain quiet when left in the RV and during the quiet hours of 9 pm - 8 am.
You are not allowed to leave your pet tied up outside, and the park does not allow what they deem as aggressive breeds such as German Shepherds, Dobermans, and Pit Bulls. They recommend calling the office to verify if your dog is considered aggressive. Nearby dog parks include the Issaquah Highland Bark Park, Three Forks Dog Park, and the Beaver Lake Off-Leash Park.
