Bray Commons is an urban park in Dublin, California, and a great place to enjoy some greenery! The park is just under 5 acres of land amidst a concrete jungle that is sure to be a breath of fresh air. Whether you want to play, picnic, or just sit back and relax, this is a great neighborhood hang. Possibly the best part about this park, is the off-leash dog park!
The dog park in Bray Commons offers a safe place for your pup to enjoy some pawsitive socialization, and burn off some energy in glorious off-leash freedom. The dog park is for small dogs only, under 20 pounds, but the bigger guys are welcome in the surrounding areas as long as they stay leashed. The dog run is fully fenced in, with a landscape comprised of grass and wood chips. It’s not massive, but it’s definitely big enough for a good game of fetch! There are water fountains for parched puppies, and waste bags are available here too. Don’t forget to stoop and scoop! There are also benches where pet parents can sit back and watch the playtime.
If your dog is not the type to be fenced in, Fido can explore the rest of the park with you on-leash by means of the lovely paved walking paths that encircle the park. The pathways are pawpular among joggers and dog walkers, whether you’d like a to get your heart pumping or to take a peaceful stroll.
Some other features in this park include restrooms, volleyball courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, picnic tables, and grills. There are also some game tables, including checkers and chess table tops. The area is pawfect for family gatherings, including the family dog of course.Â
