Water is available at this dog park in the form of a fountain. It does have a ground level bowl, but you may want to bring your bowl anyway as this park can get quite busy. There are separate fenced sections for large and small dogs with the cutoff between the two being 25 lbs. Picnic tables for seating are scattered around the park.
The Canine Commons Dog Park is quite large, making for a beautiful place to bring a canine with boundless energy. If it weren't for the abundant trees, this would make for a great park to play fetch or throw a frisbee. This park is well lit, and there is a business complex across the street, so the park should be safe to visit in the evening, and it stays open relatively late.
The Canine Commons Dog Park is raved about by the local community and most consider it the best dog park in the area. Unfortunately, there are no public restrooms here, but you could probably get away with using Best Buy provided you have someone else with you who can watch your dog. Unattended dogs are picked up by the city, and if you see a neglected dog, you can call the parks and recs services by calling 311.
There is no agility equipment here, nothing incredibly special as far as dog parks are concerned, it is not even particularly large, but for the dogs of the local community, you couldn't find a better place. The grounds here are very well maintained, and the garbage is taken out often. They clean these grounds every day from 1:45 PM until 2 PM.
