Description
The Clover Dell Dog Park is the only dog park listed for the City of Sedalia, which makes it all the more worth the stop for the residents of the area. A paved walking path runs from the nearby parking lot to the gates of the dog park. There is no cost for the use of this parking area or the dog park, and no city registration process required.

Located at the Clover Dell Park, this dog park hosts a large swath of land for you and your canines to enjoy. The grounds here are grass and dirt, more the latter in the highly trafficked areas of the park. The Clover Dell Dog Park is not large and games like fetch or frisbee would be quite limited.

The land is fenced and there is a separate area for small breeds and puppies. There is running water at this dog park, but not inside the fenced dog park. Be sure to bring your own container to transport water from the public fountains to the dog park, only a short distance.

The Clover Dell Dog Park has a few small trees throughout, though none are large enough to create any shade for the patrons of the park. No trees line the fence and there are no pavilions or other structures to create shade or shelter from the elements.

Mind the heat and the weather before making the decision to visit this park. You can walk your canine down the paved trail to the small lake located at the Clover Dell Dog Park.  Your canine is allowed at this lake and on all the walking trails surrounding the lake, provided they remain on a leash at any time they are outside the fenced section of this park.

Outside of the Clover Dell Dog Park, the Clover Dell Park hosts a ton of activities and amenities to attract the entire family. There are playgrounds, open fields for games or sports, public restrooms and a large and small pavilion for picnics and family events.

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.

My roommate and I have been out to this park a lot of times but today(1/5/19) was not one of the best visits. There was so...many dogs out there today it made it impossible for our dogs to enjoy the park. We could not let them off of their leashes. On top of that I stepped in poop. Wish there was a way to enforce the rules out there as well. There was rumors of another dog park that was going to be built, donations were given, and we have not heard anything else about it.
Thanks for your vote!
