Creekside Park is often called Stonehill Park by the locals in the area. This lovely park located within Dana Point in Orange County offers nice shaded areas, ample sitting and 3 gated dog areas for dogs of different sizes. One of the gated areas is open to all dog breeds while there is also an area for dogs that are a bit more wary of socializing or have issues and then there is a third area for small dogs. Creekside also features a lush green lawn area that is not fenced in to play or even picnic on!
Creekside Dog Park is a very clean, maintained, and well-kept park. Dogs are allowed off-leash in the gated areas. These areas offer a sand packed floor so that dogs won’t get muddy or tear about the grass. The fenced-in areas have ample room to run around in and even play frisbee with your beloved pet. When you are not in the gated area, dogs should be leashed. Please clean up after your dog as well. Be sure your dog is vaccinated and has a license, which is required by city ordinances.

The drinking fountain is a really nice feature if you need to fill a bowl for your thirsty dog. There is also a nearby trail that is slightly hidden, which is a nice path to take your dog out exploring on.
