Crystal Cove State Park

Located on the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway is Crystal Cove State Park. This state park is perfect for anyone in the Orange County region that is looking for a relaxing day at the beach. This park is a marine protected zone, and most visitors who come to Crystal Cove State Park love to participate in nature activities. 

It is perfect for anyone who loves to enjoy the outdoors. When you come and visit this state park, you will find many different amenities that are available for your enjoyment. At Crystal Cove State Park, you can visit the beautiful beach, camp, hike along the trails, go to the backcountry area, head to the restaurant, and check out the historic district. 

You will also find a parking lot as well as restrooms and showers. Dogs can come to this park, but they must be on a six-foot-long leash during their entire stay, and they cannot go to the beach or down into the backcountry areas. During your stay at this park, you must follow all of the rules and regulations that are enforced by the Crystal Cove State Park region. 

Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter the park, and female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home. Dogs must be well-mannered before they come to Crystal Cove State Park as this park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here. 

Humans should also bring water and dog bags for all of their fun adventures in this park. If you wish to camp, you must schedule a reservation with the park.
