Deleo Sports Park

In Temescal Valley, just 11 miles south of Corona, you can find the woofderful Deleo Sports Park. This park has a treat in it for everyone, including the four-legged athletes. The park encompasses about 25 acres of seemingly endless recreational opportunities, all with a scenic backdrop of the Santa Ana Mountains. Whether you’re here for an intense workout, or to simply enjoy some peace in nature with your best pal, Deleo Sports Park has what you need!

Likely your pooches favorite part of this park will be the dog park! This dog park provides a safe place for playful pups to enjoy some pawsitive socialization and burn off some energy. There are two separate dog areas here, one for the little guys and another that welcomes dogs of all shapes and sizes. There’s even agility equipment for Fifi to test her skills on. Waste bags are provided, so be sure to pick up after your pup. There is a doggy drinking fountain here too, so all you need to bring is your pupper’s favorite ball or frisbee!

If your dog wants to see what’s on the other side of the fences, they are welcome to explore the rest of the park with you as long as they stay leashed. They are not allowed on the athletic fields while games are in play of course, but there are plenty of grassy areas to sniff and play on! There is a pathway that encircles the park that is great for a heart-pumping jog or a leisurely stroll. Some other features of this park include a botanical themed splash pad, lighted athletic fields and courts, and a skate park. Dogs are welcome to enjoy the park with their humans as long as they follow proper petiquette, and leave only paw prints.
