Elizabeth Perrone Dog Park (at Sonoma Valley Regional Park)

The Elizabeth Perrone Dog Park is located at Sonoma Valley Regional Park. The parking fee is $6 to enter the general park area, and the cost includes access to the dog park. You can make a day of it by picnicking and enjoying other areas of the park with your family. There are portable bathrooms located near the dog park for your convenience. 

This beautiful one-acre dog park has plenty of space for your dog to run and play with other dogs. You can also play along with your dog and bring along a ball or toys. This fenced-in designated area provides a safe place for your dogs to run without of worry of them escaping. However, you should always remain nearby your dog with a leash in hand in case of an emergency. 

Dogs that show aggressive behavior need to be removed from the park immediately by their owner, but sometimes it’s also best to remove your dog from the situation as well. The property has beautiful trees, a structure that provides shade, and drinking water for your dog. There’s a community dog water bowl available, but you can also bring along a bowl and fill it up at the park.

This park is spotless, and pet parents are expected to clean up their dog’s waste immediately. Remember to bring along doggie poop bags to help keep the park clean. Your dog needs to wear their current rabies vaccination and license tags on their collar when visiting this dog park. Dogs visiting this park often share water sources such as the community water bowl and play in the kiddie pool on hot weather days. 

Dogs that are recovering from an illness should remain home until they are fully recovered to prevent the spread of canine illnesses. Overall, the Elizabeth Perrone Dog Park at Sonoma Valley Regional Park is a lovely park with fantastic views that dogs can play and pet owners can relax and enjoy the outdoors.
