The Fremont Peak vantage point offers breathtaking views of Monterey Bay, San Benito Valley, Salinas Valley, and Big Sur's Santa Lucia Mountains. Dogs are welcome to join their families in Fremont Peak State Park; however, they must remain on a leash of no greater than six feet at all times.Â
At this time, there is not a specific area reserved for dog play, but water access is provided to ensure all dogs remain well-hydrated. Bathrooms are available on the grounds for public use. Fremont Peak State Park is a public facility, and entrance to its grounds is freely offered to all people and their pooches.Â
