The park looks nice, stays clean, and the facilities and amenities they do have remain in good shape. Water is also available here, though bring your dog bowl as it may not be at your canine height. The park itself is relatively limited in size. There is enough space to hang out and socialize but not enough space to wear out your canine. Long range games like fetch and Frisbee are not possible here unless you intentionally throw entirely shot or keep the ball grounded.
This park was quite recently renovated, they closed the park October of 2017 to open the park back up three months later. After the renovation, plenty of seating became available, before the work was done there were only two small benches. There are plenty of tall trees to leave some areas covered by shade throughout most of the day. The grass stays green during the spring and summer months despite the heavy traffic the park receives.
Overall this is a great park to bring your dog. There is limited space, but if you are looking to hang out and socialize your dog, this isn't a bad option. The field outside the fence section would make for a great place to play some long-range games. However, there are roads them come up against it, and this section is not fenced in. Therefore in this area of the park, a leash is required.
