Harbour View Park

If you and your canine cutie are looking for a new park to hang out at, you may want to check out the Harbour View Park in Huntington Beach, California on Saybrook Lane right next to the Harbour View Middle School. They have about four acres of great space for dogs, kids, and big adults to play on. Although it is not an official dog park per se, the park is just as dog furiendly as a dog park except you need to keep your pup on a leash. This lovely four-acre park is full of beautiful and mature oak and pine trees that provide lots of shade, with benches strategically placed for your convenience. 

There is a group of picnic tables on a cement patio that is also underneath some large shade trees where you and your poochie can sit and have a snack or just take a break. The Harbour View Park is pupular because of its view as well as its clubhouse, playgrounds, a walking track that meanders around the whole park, and they also provide restrooms and water for you and your pupster to use. The park faces the entryway to the islands and waterfront, so you will see plenty of boats and other recreational vehicles go by while you are there. 

Please make sure your pooch has all their shots and is sociable before coming to the park because this is a popular place and you will definitely come across many people as well as other pooches during your visit. Since this is not a dog park, they do not provide doggy cleanup bags, so you will need to bring your own. However, there are plenty of trash bins you can use to dispose of them. You and Fluffy should have a furrific time at the Harbour View Park, and you will likely want to come back again.
