Heather Farms Dog Park

At Heather Farm Dog Park, you can find a treat for everyone! This large, 102 acre urban park has a abundance of pawrific features. Whether you want some heart-pumping playtime, or some peaceful relaxation in natural surroundings, this is the neighborhood hang to check out. It’s family oriented, and welcomes fur babies of all shapes and sizes. This dog park is located in the north end of Heather Farm Park, on North San Carlos Drive, along with ample free parking.

The expansive off-leash area provides a safe place for doggos to enjoy some pawsitive socialization and burn off some energy. There are two separate sections, one for small breeds and another for the little guys. Here your playful pupper can romp around like a wild dog on the wood chip surface, or test their skills on the agility equipment. You can sit back and relax at the benches and watch. There are even balls to go around, so all you need to bring is your best pal! There is drinking water for your parched pup available here too.

The dog park provides doggy waste bags, so please make sure to pick up after your pet wherever you’re exploring in Heather Farm Park. Keep a close eye on your dog and watch for aggressive behavior so that this can remain a safe haven for everyone.

If Fido is not one to be fenced in, he can explore the rest of Heather Farm Park with you on leash. The park features a natural area with large gardens, pathways, a fishing pond, and a lake. From here you can connect to some other pawpular trails, including the Iron Horse Trail. Some other amenities include playgrounds, a large variety of athletic fields, a community center, and picnic areas.
