Hiller Park Off Leash Area

You will find a playground, hiking trails, botanical gardens, picnic tables and barbeque grills, restrooms, and different sporting fields at the sporting complex. Your dog can come to any parts of this park, but make sure you keep your dog on-leash. All pups must remain on-leash until they are 150 yards into the off-leash area. At the off-leash dog area of this park, you will also find many different amenities for enjoyment. 

You will find a large open field for exploration, benches, shade, trees, and there is even a river that connects out to the ocean area. The park is also completely off-leash, so your dog will have the freedom to get crazy with their new furry friends while they are visiting this dog park. All owners and their pups must follow the rules and regulations that are implemented by the City of McKinleyville. 

All pups must first be licensed, vaccinated, and tagged before they can come to this dog park, and all young puppies under four months old and female pups in heat must remain at home. All owners must watch over and clean up after their pups at all times, and all owners will be in charge of their pup's behavior.
