The grass stays very well maintained, and there is a fine line which defines the two turfs at the park. This park features a ton of agility equipment in far finer condition then you would find at most neighborhood dog parks. Several trees are placed in the center area of this park with bench seating placed under them.
These trees provide a nice amount of shade, and the benches provide adequate seating for many visitors. The fence here separates the dog park into two different sections, one for small canines, toy breeds and puppies, while another section of the dog park is for large canines.
The total amount of space available at Hound Town Dog Park is around three and a half acres. The Hound Town Dog Park has many of the amenities you might expect from a nice neighborhood dog park. Running water is available here in the form of water fountains.
The water fountains dispense water at ground level as well as at waist height so you and your canine can stay hydrated on hot days. This park is clean and has a lot of space. It makes for a beautiful place to socialize your canine and bring even the most energetic of canines. They will undoubtedly leave worn out.
There is enough space for your canine to play fetch for those that enjoy those types of games, though the agility equipment might be in the way depending on how far you like to throw it.
