Newport Beach Dog Park

If your doggo is hankering to stretch their legs, Newport Beach Dog Park is the pawfect place to spend the day! Founded in 2013, Newport Beach Dog Park was the first dog playground of its kind in Newport Beach. Offering enclosed runs for small and large pooches to enjoy, there's space for every kind of pup! The play areas are lined with astroturf, meaning your pup has got a place to play in any season. You will find this park is quite simple to locate as its near the Newport Beach Civic Center, resting between Avocado Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard, north of San Miguel. Street parking is on Avocado Avenue or in the parking structure for the Civic Center.

One of the things this pawsome park has in spades is wooftastically stunning views of the coastline. You can relax to the sound of the nearby ocean waves while your best canine pal races around having fun with their buds. An off-leash area, your pooch will not need to wear a lead in the enclosures. However, a leash is required when travelling to and from your vehicle, so you will need to bring one along. 

Newport Beach Dog Park is pawrifically clean to keep it a beautiful space for all to enjoy. Be sure you have access to everything you and your fave pooch might need and bring bottled water and some cleanup sacks. It is important to note that this woofderful park does close from 7 AM to 9 AM on Wednesdays for cleaning of the astroturf to keep it furrifically clean.
