Potrero Hill Mini-Park Off Leash Dog Area

Potrero Hill is a city neighborhood that overlooks San Francisco's beautiful skyline. The Potrero Hill Mini-Park Off-Leash Area is just one of those fabulous little spots that you can bring your dog to an enjoy the wide open space and nice views of the city. There are no fences at this park so it's a great spot if your dog is off-leash trained or if you are working on training your dog off-leash. There is a trail as well as plenty of grass and shade at this little park. 

The Potrero Hill Mini-Park Off-Leash Area is less than half an acre in size, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for with heart and scenic views. There are no restrooms on the site, so remember to go before heading out to this park. Also, keep in mind that there are no fences, so if your dog has a habit of being a runner, you may want to keep him or her on a leash. Dogs should be licensed and vaccinated if you are bringing them to any San Francisco park, including Potrero Hill Mini-Park Off-Leash Area. 

There are no dog bags at this park, so be sure to bring your own to clean up after your pet. Always clean up after yourself and your dog and be sure to follow all the rules that the city has set up for dog parks in the area. All in all, this is a great little place to go when you need to get out and explore with your pup. You both will get plenty of fresh air and sunshine at this mini-park. The size of this park makes it great if you are doing some off-leash training exercises with your dog. This friendly little neighborhood park will have you coming back again and again.
